How do I register as an agent?
Click "Become an Agent" on the homepage, complete the registration form with your personal details and ID upload. Registration is free and verification takes 24-48 hours.
What's the difference between Basic and Certified Agent?
Basic Agents get 10 free referrals per month. Certified Agents get unlimited referrals, higher commission rates, priority support, and exclusive bonuses. Upgrade from your dashboard for a one-time fee.
How do I update my profile information?
Go to Profile Settings in your dashboard. You can update your name, phone number, email, and payout bank account details. Some changes may require verification.
How does the referral code work?
Each agent gets a unique referral code. When tenants sign up, they enter your code, or you can pre-register them directly in your dashboard. They'll get an SMS/email to complete registration. You're credited automatically when they complete.
What is pre-registration?
Pre-registration allows you to enter your client's name, email, and phone number directly in your agent dashboard. CIL automatically sends them a registration link via SMS and email to complete their signup. You get notified when they finish.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?
Basic Agents get 10 free referrals per month. Certified Agents have unlimited referrals. You can track your remaining referrals in your dashboard.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly directly to your registered bank account. Payouts are processed on the 5th of each month for commissions earned in the previous month. Minimum payout is ₦10,000.
How do I update my payout bank account?
Go to Payouts in your dashboard, click "Edit" on the payout method card, and update your bank details. Changes are verified within 24 hours.
Can I request an early payout?
Yes, you can request early payout from the Payouts page. Early payouts are processed within 3-5 business days. A small processing fee may apply.
What bonuses are available?
Bonuses include Volume Bonuses (10+ or 20+ referrals/month), Milestone Bonuses (first referral, 5, 10 referrals), and Referral Streak Bonuses (3+ months consecutive). Check the Bonuses page for current offers.
How do I upgrade to Certified Agent?
Go to your Agent Dashboard and click the "Upgrade" banner. Complete the verification form with your shop address and utility bill, then pay the one-time upgrade fee. Your account will be upgraded within 24-48 hours.
I can't log into my account. What should I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset your password. If you still can't log in, contact support via email or phone with your registered email address.
My referral is not showing in my dashboard.
Referrals only appear after your client completes the registration process. If they've registered but you don't see them, wait 24 hours or contact support with the client's name and email.
