1. Management Authority - I authorize CIL to market my property, screen and place tenants, collect rent, and coordinate maintenance.
2. Fee Structure - I understand that CIL deducts a monthly management fee of [X]% from rent collected before remittance to my account.
3. Rent Collection - Tenants will pay rent to CIL. I will receive monthly statements and remittances.
4. Maintenance Approval - I will be notified of any maintenance costs above my selected threshold for approval.
